About Eplayment Tokens
Eplayment Tokens (EP Tokens) is Eplayment's newly launched loyalty program. Easily earn EP Tokens for basically every activity that a user does in their individual EP accounts: from setting up your account, adding funds to your wallet, sending money to other accounts, purchasing gaming and lifestyle pins, prepaid load, bills payment, utilizing the app's special functions like email linking, QR generation and usage, and more. Use EP Tokens to enjoy virtual and real-world rewards that we will be adding very soon to the app's reward portfolio. EP Tokens can also be gifted to other EP users. It's Eplayment's smart and easy way to reward our loyal users.

Who is eligible to earn, redeem, and convert EP Tokens?
An Eplayment user who has verified his or her account. This means that the user has completed the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process required upon account verification that includes the following steps that need to be done in the user’s Eplayment account:

How does EP Tokens work?
A conversion value is applied to every 5 EP Tokens earned:
Fiat conversion/value: 5 EP Tokens = 1 PHP

A user can collect EP Tokens to accumulate enough value to redeem Eplayment offers ranging from gaming and lifestyle pins (regular and discounted prices) to real-world rewards that are featured on the rewards catalogue which we will unveil soon. Choose to keep claiming rewards and save them up for a bigger reward. A user does not have to redeem a reward if they do not want to yet. However, users can only redeem or use up to 500 Eplayment tokens per month. In the event that the total count of Eplayment Tokens that will be redeemed exceeds that of the allowable maximum count of tokens per month, user has to choose which item/s he/she would redeem which totals within the allowable maximum count of tokens per month.

PART 1: EARNING EPLAYMENT TOKENS

How to earn EP Tokens?
Any Eplayment user can collect EP Tokens from the following activities below with the necessary point system:

How many Eplayment Tokens can a user earn in a month?
A user can earn up to a maximum of 500 Eplayment Tokens every calendar month.

How many Eplayment Tokens can a user earn in a year?
A user can earn a total of 6,000 Eplayment Tokens every calendar year.

Where do I see my Eplayment Tokens?
You may conveniently see and manage your Eplayment Tokens through the Eplayment app.

PART 2: USING EPLAYMENT TOKENS


What can I do with my accumulated Eplayment Tokens?

A user can redeem items (digital vouchers or real-world item vouchers), convert Tokens to Eplayment Credits, and send or gift Tokens to other Eplayment users, provided the following limitations:


How will I know the status of my Eplayment Tokens?

In the Eplayment app, the user can access the Token meters in the Profile tab.


How do I redeem rewards using Eplayment Tokens?

A user can redeem a variety of digital goods (gaming credits, prepaid load, lifestyle pins) and real-world products (see Appendix 5 for the rewards catalogue) that will be added regularly to the app’s rewards system.


Can I convert my Eplayment Tokens to Credits?

Yes. A user can convert Tokens to Credits following the conversion value below:
Fiat conversion/value: 5 EP Tokens = 1 EP Credit = 1 PHP


Will my Eplayment Tokens expire?

Eplayment Tokens earned are valid for one (1) year upon crediting. But, as long as you keep earning Eplayment Tokens, your accumulated Tokens will follow the validity of the latest Tokens earned.


Will Eplayment add more redeemable rewards for Eplayment Tokens?

Yes. Eplayment will continuously update its rewards portfolio regularly.

APPENDIX 5: NETBANK TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE


NETBANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE OPENING AND MAINTENANCE OF DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS


The accountholder (individually the “Accountholder” and collectively, the “Accountholders”) hereby stipulates and agrees to be governed and bound by the following terms and conditions governing the opening and maintenance of the deposit account (the “Deposit Account”).


Further, the ACCOUNTHOLDER hereby stipulates and agrees to be bound by pertinent laws, rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP), as well as any subsequent amendments or supplements thereof and any new laws or rules to be promulgated which are applicable to the Deposit Account.



The Bank remains responsible over the personal data disclosed to such third parties. As such, we ensure that such third parties are contractually obligated to comply with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ( RA 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations and shall process your data strictly in accordance with the purposes enumerated above. You may request for additional information on the identities of these parties from the Office of the Data Protection Officer provided below.


With this, you agree that Netbank can inform other corporate partners (Third Party Partners) that you have an account opened in Netbank. Third Party Partners will not have access to the identity of the partner which has endorsed for the opening of your account and will not have access to personal data, other than the name and CIF number. Third Party Partners also will not have balances of your accounts and will not be able to see any details of transactions.


You also agree that the Bank, directly or through its Partners, may collect, retrieve, process, use and store his/her personal data such as name, age, photographs, fingerprints, other biometric data (e.g., facial recognition and voice recognition), mobile number/s, mobile phone usage data, employment details, income, financial data, financial profile, credit standing, loan payment history, and other information required in the application form for the purpose of reviewing and processing the your loan and other application. You consent to the collection of your personal data from yourself, or from other personal information controllers such as, but not limited to, telecommunications companies, for credit scoring purposes. Your personal data such as mobile number, email address, and address, will be shared to a credit scoring service provider for credit investigation, credit scoring, data analytics, and data profiling, which includes the regular updating of the your credit score. The personal data secured may also be used for direct marketing of products and services of Partners


Throughout the processing of the your personal data, your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, such as the (1) right to be informed, (2) right to object, (3) right to access, (4) right to rectification, (5) right to erasure or blocking, and (6) right to damages, shall be upheld. Entities to whom we share your data will also respect the same rights.


We also disclose relevant and necessary personal data to government regulatory agencies in accordance with reportorial requirements established by law.


We do not share or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties without your consent unless we are legally required to do so.


HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Netbank recognized how valuable your personal information particularly information that we collected in opening an account, with these;


Netbank employees are regularly trained and familiarized on how to properly handle client’s data.


Access to client’s data is limited to authorized Netbank employees only.


System security is deployed and regularly updated to properly monitor any intrusion or unusual behaviour that may damage the system or the data.


All data are encrypted and store on a secure Data Center


Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery programs are in place.


HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We keep your data only for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purposes mentioned above and such other purposes you may have consented to over time, remains in effect and until such time that it is no longer required or necessary to keep your information for any other business, legal, and regulatory purposes.


We dispose of your data in a secure manner that would keep from being further processed and/or accessed by unauthorized parties in accordance with the organization’s retention and disposal policy.


USER RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECT The Right to be Informed – This policy honors your right to be informed of whether personal data pertaining to you will be, are being, or were processed, including its disclosure to third parties, if any. As you will see above, we endeavored: i) to provide you with a description of the personal data we collect and process pursuant to purposes enumerated above; ii) to obtain your consent; iii) to explain the scope and method of the collection and sharing; and iv) the recipients of the personal data collected and shared;


The Right to Object - You have the right to object to the sharing of your data. Should there be any changes in the information provided to you in this policy, you shall be informed of such changes and your consent thereto shall be obtained before such changes are implemented. The Right to Withdraw Consent Anytime - You have the right to withdraw your consent to this policy anytime.


The Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure and/or Blocking - You have the right to request for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, including the sources from which such data was collected and to whom the same is shared, if any. You may ask it from us through the contact information provided below and we will provide it in a machine-readable format. You have the right to have it corrected or revised if you think it is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to the submission of sufficient proof establishing the same. You have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal data should you a) discover that it is incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, used for an unauthorized purpose, no longer necessary for the above mentioned purposes; b) withdraw your consent thereto; or c) discover violations of your right as a data subject.


We may charge a fee for processing your request/ for access, and/or updates. Such fee depends on the nature and complexity of your request. Information on the fees shall be made available to you prior to making your request.


LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you use our service and that in case of an error in the App/system, we collect data and information (through authorized third party products) through your phone called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app/system when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.


COOKIES
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.


This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the App/system may use authorized third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this service.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 7. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 7. In case we discover that a child under 7 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify and update our Privacy Policy from time to time to keep up with the changes in relevant laws and regulations applicable to us and to how we collect, use, protect, store, share, or dispose of your personal information. Be advised to review this page periodically for any changes. This policy is effective as of November 2020
